Travis Denning “Blown Away” By ACM Nomination

As we told you, Travis Denning has been nominated for New Male Artist of the Year at this year’s ACM Awards, and he can’t quite believe it.
“Absolutely just totally blown away and honored to be nominated for New Male Artist,” he says. “I’ve always thought that category is such a motivator for a lot of artists, and it definitely is for me.”
Travis adds, “I mean, this is a cherry on top to an already awesome life and a great career that I’m blessed with, so I’m very excited.”
One thing he’s not so thrilled about is that the show isn’t happening in Las Vegas this year as it has in the past (it's taking place in Nashville). He notes, “I hate that it ain’t gonna be in Vegas, but we’re still gonna have a lot of fun.”
- The 56th annual Academy of Country Music Awards are going down April 18th on CBS featuring live performances from three iconic Nashville institutions - the Grand Ole Opry House, the Ryman Auditorium and the Bluebird Café.
