Tim McGraw has been chosen as the third honoree of the Tom Hanks Caregiver Champion Award, and will be celebrated for his support of military and veteran caregivers. Tim became interested in working with caregiver programs after becoming a caregiver of his father Tug McGraw, who died in 2004 from brain cancer.
Tim will be honored on October 20th at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation’s third annual Heroes and History Makers event, which will be virtual this year.
