Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are so in love that everyone seems to be waiting for them to get to it and tie the knot already, but “Us Weekly” claims there’s a perfectly good reason they haven’t walked down the aisle just yet.
According to the mag, Gwen’s religion is very important to her so she “began the formal process” of getting her first marriage to Gavin Rossdale annulled so she and Blake can be married in the church.
The insider notes, “Gwen’s religion has always been extremely important to her, and Blake is completely supportive of this.”
And it seems the couple really isn’t in any rush to get hitched anyway. The source notes they are extremely happy and “they’re willing to wait.”
