Taylor Swift Takes Out Restraining Order Against Stalker

As we previously told you, last month Julius Alexander Sandrockwas arrested trying to break into Taylor Swift’s Beverly Hills home wearing a mask. The stalker also had a knife, live ammunition and a black rope in his posession. Well, the incident understandably rattled the singer and now she’s taken out a restraining order against him.

Taylor wasn’t home at the time of Sandrock’s arrest, but in her court filings earlier this week she reported that the incident upset her “to such a degree that is has caused her to suffer extreme distress and to fear for her personal safety.”

The restraining order forces Sandrock to stay 500 yards away from the singer until the next hearing in June.

• Meanwhile, Taylor's other stalker, Mohammed Jaffar, who earlier this month pled guilty to attempted burglary in the second degree, has just been sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation.
