My best friend’s daughter is out of control and she doesn’t seem to notice. The kid yells at her mom to demand anything she wants and I watch silently as my friend does it. When we go to a restaurant, this six-year-old girl runs around, interrupts, refuses to eat what she’s ordered and it’s so bad other people around us see it, but not my friend. After biting my tongue for years, I feel like I’m part of the problem by not speaking up. Should I risk ruining a friendship to say something to my friend?
