While we have to wait until August 30th for Sheryl Crow’s final album, “Threads,” to be released, we’re getting something lovely to hold us over: the lyric video for the song, “Tell Me When It’s Over.”

Featuring Chris Stapleton, the song is one of several star-studded tracks including “Redemption Day” (feat. Johnny Cash), “Live Wire” (with Bonnie Raitt and Mavis Staples), “Still The Good Old Days” (feat. Joe Walsh), “Prove You Wrong” (with Stevie Nicks and Maren Morris), and “Everything Is Broken” – which features Jason Isbell.

Of course, fans have already been getting teased with the new music as Sheryl recently completed a run of dates in Europe, including a much-lauded appearance at Glastonbury Festival. Her current North American tour activities include support dates on Heart’s “Love Alive” tour, the 2019 Newport folk Festival, and a slew of headlining dates including two nights at the legendary Ryman Auditorium next month.
