Sam Hunt Lands New Number One

Sam Hunt has a new number one single. The singer’s latest track “23” tops the “Billboard” Country Airplay chart this week.

The tune is now Sam’s ninth number one, and his fourth consecutive chart topper, following “Breaking Up Was Easy in the 90’s, “Hard To Forget,” and “Kinfolks.”

Elsewhere on the chart…

• Cody Johnson’s “’Til You Can’t” tops the "Billboard" Hot Country Songs chart for a sixth week.
• Maren Morris’ album “Humble Quest” debuts at two on the Top Country Albums chart, moving 22,000 album units. It is her third album to land in the top 10, following 2019’s “Girl, and 2016’s “Hero,” which both reached number one.
• Reba McEntire’s “My Chains Are Gone: Hymns and Gospel Favorites” debuts at nine on the Top Country Albums Chart, her 28^th Top 10 record.
