Rascal Flatts Not Ready To Give Up Touring Anytime Soon

Rascal Flatts may cut back on their touring one day, but don’t expect them to announce one final tour like a lot of other artists do.
“I just don’t imagine we’ll be one of those bands that’ll go, ‘We’re retiring, it’s over,’” Jay DeMarcus shares, although he admits things might change as they get older, noting, “I know Gary (LeVox) said before he didn’t want to be 60 singing 'Prayin’ For Daylight.'"
Joe Don Rooney adds that back when they opened for the Rolling Stones in 2015 they couldn’t believe the band was still performing considering their age. He adds, “I said ‘God, Gary, you imagine being, you know, early 70s and still doing this?’ He goes, ‘No, no, I don’t.’”
