Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney was arrested early Thursday near Nashville and charged with driving under the influence.
The guitarist was taken into custody after crashing his car into a tree around 4 am in Franklin, Tennessee, although there’s no word on whether he was injured in the accident. He was booked into Williamson County jail and later released on $2,500 bail.
So far there has been no comment from Rooney.
