He's teased, hinted, posted pictures with country musicians in recording studios, but he's never confirmed or denied that he's working on a country project - until now.
Post Malone was on his Twitch channel playing Apex Legends (if you're a gamer, take note - you can face off against Post Malone) when fans asked in the channel if he was readying a country music project. And no more teasing; Post put it out there.
"Country record is coming," he revealed. "I keep singing a song that we made while I was in Nashville, and it's so f--king sick, but it's not out." Posty also revealed that he is working on two albums at the moment, but he did not specify if both of the projects are country related. "We made such sick music down in Nashville," he added. "It was so much, so much fun." Judging by his performance at the CMA Awards earlier this month, Post definitely has some country game, so this should be interesting.
