Tenille Townes And Bryan Adams Drop New Duet "The Thing That Wrecks You”: Tenille Townes has teamed up with Bryan Adams for a new duet "The Thing That Wrecks You". Townes invited Adams to collaborate on the song after a chance meeting in Vancouver. She says that Adams has inspired her in the past, and the chance meeting when she was working on the song gave her the push to show him “The Thing That Wrecks You.” She sent him the song with a letter asking if he might be up for singing on it with her. The pair of artists worked to make a song that evoked the feeling that, slowly but surely, heartbreak was coming for a relationship.
