Midland & Their Fans Push Each Other In Concert

The guys in Midland love playing live and it’s pretty apparent they get lost in the music when they are on stage. Frontman Mark Wystrech notes that when they get out there “you get into this, it’s like an altered self and an altered reality, like a trance kind of. That’s what it feels like.”
And he says the same goes for their ans, sharing, “you get lost in the music and it is a complete communion with the band.”
“I think when it’s done right, it is like this perfect dance between the fans and the band,” he says. “The audience is propelling the band and the band is taking it up a level. And when it’s done right, it ends up pushing each other into the shared fervor, and it builds and builds and builds and builds.”
