Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd are divorcing after five years of marriage, it was revealed yesterday. This comes just weeks after Hurd had his wife's back as she made the controversial announcement that she was leaving the country music genre. The reason for the divorce, according to court documents: irreconcilable differences.
Morris filed for divorce on October 2 in Tennessee. Court records from Davidson County show Morris said the two were living together until the day of filing, along with their 3-year-old son, Hayes. In her filing, Morris asked for their prenuptial agreement to be enforced and for joint custody of their son.
