Kelsea Ballerni Joined By Thomas Rhett For Birthday Performance

Kelsea Ballerini celebrated her 28^th birthday Sunday on stage for her opening slot on the Jonas Brothers tour, and it was fans who got a birthday present. 

The singer was performing at the show in Chicago, when she brought out Thomas Rhett, who joined her for her tune “Half of My Hometown,” which she recorded with Kenny Chesney.

Sharing photos from the moment on Insta, Thomas writes, "Half of my hometown, but always on the hometeam. thanks for singing with me tonight TR.”
