Kacey Musgraves Makes MTV VMA Debut

Kacey Musgraves made her MTV Video Music Awards debut last night, performing “Star-Crossed,” the title track off her just released album.

Kacey performed the song surrounded by candles, and when the camera pulled back it revealed a heart in flames behind her.

• And speaking of Kacey’s “Star-Crossed,” she just released a video for the album’s track “simple times,” which features rapper Princess Nokia, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” winner Symone, and actress Victoria Pedretti and has them hanging in the mall, before putting on chainmail to reign down terror on a bridal shop.
