Garth Brooks was back with another edition of “Inside Studio G,” and it seems Simon Cowell’s shout out during “America’s Got Talent” was effective.
Simon called on Garth to write a song for “AGT” finalist Michael Ketterer and Garth actually had Michael on yesterdays episode, during which they revealed that Garth and songwriter John Martin did indeed write a song for him.
Unfortunately, Garth won’t be on hand to sing with Michael because it’s Trisha Yearwood’s birthday tomorrow, but it looks like we may see a duet from them in the future. Garth invited Michael to join him for his sold out show at Notre Dame stadium, which left Michael speechless. And it seems Garth has an ulterior motive for inviting Michael noting, “finally, somebody who’s going to be more nervous than I am.”
The “America’s Got Talent” live show finale airs tonight at 8 pm on NBC, and the season finale airs tomorrow.
- Meanwhile, this week’s “Inside Studio G” also had Garth talking about the ticket on sale for Notre Dame, which apparently was frustrating for some thanks to bots who flooded Ticketmaster. He also teased that there will be an announcement of multiple tour dates coming up, “hopefully before Christmas.” Check out this week’s episode here.
