Dolly Parton Launching Dollyverse With SXSW Streaming Event

Dolly Parton is set to launch a new web experience, Dollyverse, in connection with the upcoming release of “Run Rose Run,” her book with James Patterson.
A partnership with Fox Entertainment’s Blockchain Creative Labs, Dollyverse will launch at SXSW, where Dolly and James will sit down March 18th for a panel discussion on the project, followed by a Dolly performance, all of which will be streamed on the site.
In addition, Dollyverse will be the place to go for exclusive Dolly NFT collectables, including Dolly-inspired artwork, and limited edition NFTs of the “Run, Rose, Run” companion album.
- “There’s almost nothing more important to me than connecting with my fans. And I’m almost always up for trying something new and different,” Dolly shares. “I’d say releasing NFTs at my first ever appearance at SXSW, with James Patterson by my side, definitely counts as new and different!”
