Sheryl Crow & Karen Fairchild Added to Sandy Hook Promise Benefit: Sheryl Crow and Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild have joined an upcoming Nashville concert to benefit the gun violence prevention non-profit Sandy Hook Promise. Happening November 30th at Nashville’s City Winery, the night will not only feature the concert, but will preview of footage from the documentary “A Father’s Promise,” about musician Mark Barden, who started Sandy Hook Promise after losing his son in the 2012 Newtown, Connecticut, massacre. The film features performances from Crow, Tim McGraw, Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks, Daryl “DMC McDaniels and more.

Zach Bryan Earns Gold & Platinum Certifications: It’s certainly been a good year for Zach Bryan. The singer just earned a Platinum certification by the RIAA for his hit single “Something in the Orange.” In addition, less than six months after its release, his debut album “American Heartbreak” was just certified Gold.

Lucinda Williams Releasing Memoir: Lucinda Williams is ready to tell her story. The singer is set to release her memoir, “Don’t Tell Anybody The Secrets I Told You” on April 25th. The book, named after a lyric in her song “Metal Firecracker,” will follow the journey of her career, through her childhood in the south to stardom.

Jimmie Allen Teases New Collaboration: Jimmie Allen is teasing fans with a taste of new music. The singer shared a snippet of a song on social media, which appears to be his latest collaboration. “Something new with my guys (Cheat Codes) dropping soon,” he wrote, referring to the EDM trio of KEVI, Trevor Dahl and Matthew Russell. So far there’s no word on when it will be released.
