Brett Young's "In Case You Didn't Know" Certified Diamond: Brett Young's "In Case You Didn't Know," which was a #1 country hit for the singer in 2017, has been certified "diamond," meaning it has sold over 10-million units, including streaming equivalent sales. It's only the ninth country song to ever receive that designation. With the certification, Young joins the exclusive club of eight other country artists that have done the same: Kane Brown, Darius Rucker, Lady A, Chris Stapleton, Sam Hunt, Luke Combs, Florida Georgia Line and Lil Nas X/Billy Ray Cyrus

Chayce Beckham Performs "Whiskey On The Wall" On "CMT Studio Sessions": With his debut single "23" continuing to climb the country charts, Chayce Beckham is still trying to get in front of country music fans to show what he's got. His appearance on CMT's "Studio Sessions" may help with that; the young singer just performed live on the show and by all indications has what it takes to make a name for himself in country music.

Bird Welcomes Lainey Wilson To Australia By Pooping On Her: As a helpful acquaintance tells Lainey Wilson, "in some cultures it's good luck." Lainey had a hard time believing that in the moment, of course. While in Australia, the country star had a bird dump poop right on her - and of course it was caught on video. Lainey was visiting the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary at the time, as she's touring Down Under and decided to see the sights. See Lainey's NSFW reaction to the "good luck poop" here

Maren Morris Cheers On Beyonce Calling Out Country Music: Maren Morris is doubling down on leaving the so-called "toxic" parts of the country music community behind - and at the same time offering support to Beyonce. When the superstar mentioned yesterday that her new country-flavored album "Cowboy Carter" was the result of a negative experience she had with the country music industry years ago, Maren chimed in in the comments with a simple, "Drag them, Queen." Maren is already on record as being a fan of Bey's "Texas Hold 'Em," so it's fairly certain she has the album pre-saved for its March 29 release date.

Stephen Wilson Jr. And Hailey Whitters Team Up For "American Gothic" For "CMT Studio Sessions": Hailey Whitters is just starting to make a name for herself with country music fans; Stephen Wilson Jr. is known in Nashville but not so much outside of Music City. Together, though, they both show why they will be forces to be reckoned with in the next few years. The two duetted on Wilson Jr.'s "American Gothic" on CMT's Studio Sessions; the song originally appeared on his 2023 EP "Bon Aqua." With Whitters joining in, the song takes on added dimensions and is bound to get more than a few sets of ears perking up.
