Carly Pearce Knows The Guy She’s Singing About In “Next Girl”

Carly Pearce’s latest single is “Next Girl,” in which she warns women about men who are just players, and when she thinks of them certain characteristics definitely come to mind.
“I think these guys come on really strong, really fast,” she says. “I think they have a program that they use on every girl to woo them and to charm them, and to make them feel like they’re the only one that they’ve ever felt this way about.”
She adds, “I think they do all the things that every girl wants in a romance. But then very quickly they turn it off.”
Sadly Carly notes that a lot of women will blame themselves when things go wrong, when “it’s just not.” She adds, “It’s the same program for every girl.”
