Carly Pearce Feels Understood With Her Songs

Carly Pearce is known for putting her heart into her lyrics, and there’s a perfectly good reason why.

Carly says that while she is “pretty shy naturally,” she can be herself in her songs. “I think that I feel the most understood when I’m writing songs,” she shares, “and I feel really inspired when I’m telling a true story.”

And Carly knows that’s what her fan expect from her. She offers, “I think that country music fans have shown me since day one that they want my true heart, which I think gives me the confidence to just go there."
