As we previously told you, Carly Pearce recently met two women at a show who revealed just how they related to her song “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” with Ashley McBryde.
The women held up a sign at her concert that read “We’ve dated the same guy for 2 years. You saved us!,” and it was real validation for Carly.
“It was just this crazy moment where you’re like, oh my goodness, I just am amazed at how this song has connected with people,” Carly shares. “And I’m just so proud of what this song is doing and I love Ashley and it’s just so cool.”
