Brett Young fans will be getting some info on his sophomore album this week, which will feature the first single “Here Tonight.”
Brett says fans can expect something a little different with this record, noting that while his debut “was pretty clearly a very deep insight into me and my life,” working with some of the best writers in Nashville on this one made him approach songwriting differently.
Brett notes that he felt the need to “really dig into what their skillsets are and what it is that they’re good at and what’s made them so good.” He adds that his new songs contain a lot of “vulnerability” and “emotion,” adding, “it’s a lot of the same with a little bit of tweaks and differences.”
