Brett Young’s Daughter Is Stealing His Spotlight, And He’s Okay With It

Brett Young is used to getting a lot of attention, but that’s starting to change now that he and wife Taylor welcomed daughter Presley four months ago.
“It’s been the joke already, ‘Isn’t it funny that you’re not the celebrity in the family anymore?,’” he says. “They don’t mean it in the same way but it’s true. The attention shifts, but it should. That’s how it’s supposed to be.”
And Brett isn’t all that upset that some of the spotlight is off him now. “I never actually wanted the fame and attention that comes with this [career],” he says. “ It’s actually the only part of this that’s unnatural for me.” And while it may make him a bit “uncomfortable,” he does insist, “I appreciate it.”
