Brett Young Drops Video For “Not Yet”

Brett Young just dropped the music video for his latest single “Not Yet,” from his recently released album “Weekends Look A Little Different These Days.”
The clip features performance footage, cut with clips of a young couple in the early stages of a relationship just enjoying each other’s company. Check it out to the right.
- Meanwhile, Brett says when he was first starting his career his mom was the one who always kept him grounded, making sure he was never “losing sight” of where he came from. One thing that seemed to particularly worry her though is Brett’s tattoos, with Brett saying she would tell him, “I’m real worried next time I see you they’re gonna be on your neck and your face. Like, where are we going with this?”

Brett Young’s new EP “Weekends Look Different These Days” is out now, and the singer admits he feels a lot of pressure when making music, just not the pressure you may think.
Brett says he doesn’t necessarily feel pressure to release number one songs, noting, “I already can’t even believe this is happening.” Instead, he says he feels a pressure to “figure out what about the music is working and why the fans are gravitating towards it.”
He notes that he feels a need to be honest with fans about the current stage in his life, sharing he wants to “just to continue to kind of pull back the curtain for the fans.”
