Brantley Gilbert Owes A Lot To Keith Urban

Brantley Gilbert has been sober for eight years, and he says Keith Urban was a big help in getting him to where he is today.
“Keith Urban became a friend of mine in a time, you know, when I was making a transition in life,” Brantley shares. “I honestly don’t know if I’d be sitting in this room if it weren’t for that man, and him taking time out of his life to come talk to me.”
Keith himself got clean after a third trip to rehab in 2006, and reached out to Brantley during his struggle. Brantley notes he, “I’ll never forget that as long as I live.”
