Brantley Gilbert Describes Almost Getting Eaten By Gator

Brantley Gilbert has a huge piece of land in rural Georgia - and on his YouTube channel this week he took fans on a tour - and on the way told a story of his run in with alligators on his property.
Saying he was told there were no gators in Georgia, Brantley soon found out this wasn't exactly true; previous owners had built an illegal gator pond and some of the residents were still around - so he hired trappers fo come get them. In the meantime, curiosity got the better of the singer and his friends - so before the trappers cleared the way, they headed down to the creek to see if they could get some pictures of the beasts.
They could see ripples in the water, and when they shone a spotlight, Brantley realized the huge gator was mere feet away from him. "For all intents and purposes, if he wanted us that night...he coulda had us." Tragedy - averted.
