“Billboard” is out with their picks for the Best Country Songs of 2021, with Brothers Osborne’s very personal song “Younger Me” taking the top spot.
According to the mag, the tune, released after TJ Osborne came out earlier this year, “serves as a beacon of hope for anyone whose early years are filled with doubt, fear, confusion, and just feeling different from those around them.”
Coming in at two is Jimmie Allen and Brad Paisley’s “Freedom Was A Highway,” followed by Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde’s “Never Wanted To Be That Girl,” at three, Blake Shelton’s “Bible Verses” at four and Chris Stapleton’s “You Should Probably Leave” at five.
