SURVEY: 81% OF U.S. WORKERS WANT A 4-DAY WORK WEEK

  • Workers want flexibility, especially a four-day work week, according to a new survey from Bankrate.
  • It finds that 81% of full-time employees and job seekers want a four-day work week and of those, 89% would be willing to make sacrifices to work one less day.
  • Over half (54%) would be willing to work longer hours, 37% would be willing to change jobs or industries and 27% would be willing to come to the office more days or only work in person.
