“American Idol” will be celebrating its 20^th anniversary with a special episode that set to air on May 2^nd. 

Here’s how they’ll be paired up on “The Great Idol Reunion.”

• Ruben Studdard, who won Season Two, will be singing with Jordin Sparks, the Season Six winner.
• Lauren Alaina, the Season Ten runner up, will be singing with Scotty McCreery, who won that season.
• David Cook, who won the seventh season, will be paired with Kris Allen, winner of season eight.
• Laine Hardy, who won season 17, is teamed up with Laci Kaye Booth, who was in the top five that season.
• Maddie Poppe, who won season 16, is singing with Caleb Lee Hutchinson, who was runner up that year.
• Willie Spence, who was on season 19, is singing with Grace Kinstler, who came third last year.
