The names and faces have changed a little over the years, but the music remains. Lonestar - who reached their heights in the 90's when John Rich and Richie McDonald were big parts of the lineup - now features a new lead vocalist (Dean Womack) along with band veterans Keech Rainwater, Michael Britt and Dean Sams. To show fans that a new frontman only adds to the winning formula, the band has re-recorded their biggest hits for a new album titled "10 To 1."

"To have creative control when re-recording all ten No. 1s was a blast," says Womack. "Just four friends making music the way we want to! That said, a song like 'No News' became a household tune, so we had to keep it pretty true to the original." Womack wasn't in the band when "No News" was a huge hit - or any of the other nine songs on the album, so the project gives the band a chance to show fans how their biggest songs sound from the 2023 lineup.

Featuring an updated sound, "No News" shows off Womack's capable vocals and proves that, given the chance, Lonestar can still reside comfortably on country playlists along with the biggest hitmakers of today. You can hear the new version of "No News" here, or wait to hear the new album when it drops June 2.
