Midland’s Mark Wystrach knows he’s lucky to have a successful music career, which is why he never forgets the jobs he had before his music took off.
“I think about that stuff all the time actually, before we’re going on stage,” he says. “I think of all the different jobs I’ve had, waiting tables, bouncing.”
He says remembering his previous gigs certainly puts things in “perspective,” noting, “It’s a hard road doing what we’re doing but beats the hell out of bouncing and dishwashing.”
