Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous” Chart Milestone

Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous: The Double Album” continues its chart domination. The album is at eight on the all-genre “Billboard” 200 Album chart this week, its 40th week in the Top 10.

“Dangerous” debuted at number one back in January is now only the third country record to spend its first 40 week in the Top 10. The only other two to do it is Garth Brooks’ “Ropin’ The Wind,” which spent 50 weeks between 1991 and 1992, and Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Some Gave All, which spent 43, between 1992 and 1993.

Meanwhile, “Dangerous” is also at five when it comes to the most weeks in the Top 10 for country albums. The leader is still Taylor Swift’s “Fearless,” with 58 weeks, followed by Shania Twain’s "Come On Over" (53), Garth’s “Ropin’ the Wind” (50) and Cyrus’ “Some Gave All” (43).

  • ONE MORE THING! It was just announced that Morgan is set to headline Country Thunder Arizona, taking place April 7th to April 10th, 2022.
