Luke Bryan has just shared a new video for the song “Bill Dance,” released in honor of the famous fisherman’s 81st birthday, which was Thursday.
The song was written by Luke, Rhett Akins, Dallas Davidson and Ben Hayslip, and each make cameo in the video, along with Luke’s sons Bo and Tate.
"’Bill Dance’ is about one of my fishing heroes,” Luke shares. “I grew up (as) a kid loved bass fishing, watching Bill Dance every Saturday and Sunday on all of the TV stations that he was on.” Luke adds, “He inspired me to be a great fisherman and I’m so happy for him to hear this song, and I’m so proud of this one.”
