Chris Janson’s new album “Real Friends” drops today, and he’s pretty confident his fans will be happy with what’s on the album.
“There’s something for everybody on it, of all ages,” Chris tells “Billboard” of the album. “We as artists have a platform to speak to the masses and I want to make sure that what I’m putting out there makes people feel good, if I can.”
Chris adds that the album is very “family-orientated,” which isn’t surprising coming from a happily married man with four kids. He notes, “I don’t have anything really to complain about, so you never hear that in my music.”
Chris shares that he wanted to make sure the album was “positively themed,” which explains the first single “Good Vibes,” noting, “You can’t get any more positive than that.”
