Michael Ray, Frankie Ballard, Tenille Townes, Cassadee Pope, J.T. Harding, Runaway Junes, and producer-songwriter Ross Copperman took part in the 11th annual ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp, earlier this month, although due to the coronavirus it was virtual.
The annual event took place via videoconference, with campers from all over the world including the U.S., Canada and Australia, with campers participating in a week of virtual activities and workshops.
The camp is a week-long residential program open to individuals with Williams syndrome. Campers this year enjoyed a live Zoom interview session with Cassadee, as well as a songwriting session with Copperman, Harding and Runaway June, where they wrote their own original song “World of Love.” There was also a Zoom talent show that featured special appearances by Frankie, Michael and Tenille.
