In a world that equates worth with productivity and identity with success, it's easy to feel like you're only as valuable as your latest achievement. But tonightâs devotional and prayer gently remind us of a timeless truth: **you are not what you doâ**you are who God says you are. We chase checklists, accolades, and approval, yet still feel empty. Thatâs because our souls were never meant to be fueled by applauseâthey were meant to be filled by grace. Scripture says your identity is rooted in being a child of God, not a human âdoing.â Even on days when you accomplish nothing by the worldâs standards, you are deeply loved, fully known, and eternally valuable in Christ. đ Tonightâs Bible Verse Ephesians 2:10 (NIV) âFor we are Godâs handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.â đ Letâs Pray Together Dear Lord, When I feel like Iâm not doing enough, remind me that my value isnât measured by productivity. Thank You for loving me simply because Iâm Yours. Help me find rest from the pressure to perform, and root my identity in Your unchanging truth. Teach me to live from a place of grace instead of striving. In Jesusâ name, Amen. đ§ Three Things to Meditate Upon You are Godâs masterpieceâalready accepted, already loved. Productivity doesnât define your worthâGodâs Word does. Rest is not lazinessâitâs worship. Slow down and be with Him.
